there were comfortable beds and a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating in the double room. private bathroom was luxurious. the location was quiet - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. plus it was in a lovely area.

Nothing not to love.

The staff was very amiable - we would consider staying here again. The breakfast offered variety of appetising meals. This accommodation had a remote setting by the seaside. Moreover, it was 3 km from Kennall Vale School.

This hotel was beautiful old and exceptional. The location was peaceful for traveling around Truro, close to other attractions and local amenities. The restaurant had delicious food, loved it.

Nice and magnificent location in the middle of the city was a plus. And we were really close to wonderful beaches and pretty seaside towns.

The location of this boutique B&B is truly idyllic, nestled down a long drive in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard, with cozy and comfortable beds. The bathroom is simply outstanding, with a wow factor that is hard to beat. The breakfast offered is delicious and the service provided by the staff is impeccable. Guests can also enjoy the tranquility of the walled garden and the abundance of wildlife on the property.

There were some ongoing building works during our stay, which slightly affected the overall ambiance of the B&B.

The breakfast is served in the garden! Excellent location near the centre of Cornwall, Truro or Falmouth, and Redruth, it's remote. Also, it's located 4 km from Kennall Vale Nature Reserve.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of high-quality food options and flexible choices. The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by ample outdoor space and convenient access to explore Cornwall. I also found the renovation of the farmhouse to be of a very high standard, and the historic charm and development project added an interesting touch.

Finding the location was a bit tricky, as it was off the beaten track and not easily located with satnav. However, once I called for directions, it was easy to find.

We had a wonderful stay at this delightful B&B. The house was beautifully renovated with cozy rooms and a huge bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, peaceful and close to all the attractions in Cornwall. We even had the chance to see some adorable wildlife on the property. We will definitely be coming back!

The room was super cozy and made me feel right at home. I loved having my own private bathroom with a hairdryer - no need to wait for others to finish up! The free toiletries were a nice touch, too. It was great to have a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of work. And let's not forget about the electric kettle and minibar - they made my mornings and evenings so much easier!

I personally found the electric kettle a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure some people still enjoy using it.

The renovated house was beautiful and had tasteful furnishings. The spacious bathroom was impressive. Fiona, the host, was friendly and offered assistance. The B&B provided charging facilities for electric cars.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints.
